Nov. 23, 2016 | 1:03
Combat Lifesaver is a course designed to teach Marines how to save someone’s life in a combat environment. During the three-day class, Marines learn how to give intravenous (IV), apply tourniquets and regulate the respiratory system. The Marines are with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, which is a forward deployed unit from Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, to 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force based in Okinawa, Japan.
