Godspeed, John Glenn - Honoring a Marine Corps Legend
Communication Directorate
Dec. 17, 2016 | 1:28
On Dec. 17, 2016, memorial services were held for the late John Glenn, an American hero and Marine Corps legend. Glenn served 23 years in the Marine Corps, 24 years as Ohio's beloved senator, and was the first American to orbit the moon, as well as the oldest person in space.
As we honor his life, we look back on his career as a Marine.
Semper Fi, sir.
