U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Ospreys assigned to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 362, Marine Aircraft Group 16, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing, conduct a flight leadership evaluation from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., April 30, 2020. The flight leadership evaluation included six aircraft and consisted of VMM-362's ability to rapidly respond with a large airborne contingent in preparation for deployment.
