U.S. Marines with Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron (HMH) 464 load and fly a CH-53E Super Stallion from Pope Army Airfield, North Carolina, to Marine Corps Air Station New River, North Carolina, June 3, 2023. U.S. Marines with 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing (MAW) conducted Distributed Aviation Operations Exercise 3 to demonstrate their capability to conduct sustainment requirements necessary to fight in future battles in accordance with Force Design 2030. HMH-464 is a subordinate unit of 2nd MAW, the aviation combat element of II Marine Expeditionary Force. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Caleb Stelter)
