Service members from Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Canada, Dominica, Dominican Republic, France, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Mexico, St. Kitts and Nevis, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and the United States conduct the closing ceremony for Phase II of Exercise Tradewinds 2017, June 17, 2017. This annual exercise, sponsored by U.S. Southern Command, is conducted to increase the interoperability of the 20 nations involved and their ability to counter transnational organized crime and terrorism, and conduct humanitarian assistance or disaster relief operations.
