The Marine Corps Studies System Has Resumed

As announced in MARADMIN 102/26 dtd 20260313, OAD is accepting analytic questions continuously. In the past, OAD announced two or three annual deadlines, but this slowed the process of receiving, reviewing, and accepting work.
OAD strives to be relevant, responsive, and reliable. Thus, we are accepting submissions and processing them within several weeks. The MCSS MCO 3902.1E allows for at least two Studies Review Boards per year, so we are engaging the board as the submissions come in. We also have a new quick-turn process for limited questions that have related data identified and ready to use.
