U.S. Marine Corps F-35B Lightning II’s with Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 121 load AIM-120 Advanced Medium Range Air-to-Air Missile’s on Anderson Air Force base Guam, Sept. 16, 2018. The unit is participating in exercise Valiant Shield. Valiant Shield is a U.S. only exercise with a focus on integration of joint training, training enables real world proficiency and sustaining joint forces through detecting, locating, tracking and engaging units at sea, in the air, on land, and in cyberspace.
