Marines at The Basic School were the first to execute Tactical Combat Casualty Care training for the Defense Health Agency April 29th at Heywood Hall. This training will later be taught throughout the Department of Defense during entry level training. A new DoD instruction requires all service members to receive and maintain first-responder training no later then April 2020.
