UNDISCLOSED LOCATION, Iraq (Dec. 18, 2017) – U.S. Marines were deployed in support of Combined Joint Task Force- Operation Inherent Resolve in Iraq. CJTF - OIR is the global Coalition to defeat ISIS in Iraq and Syria. Marines deployed in support of CJTF-OIR advice and assist Iraqi Security Forces as they liberate the country from ISIS.
