Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
Feb. 9, 2019 | 1:57
Sgt. Stephen B. Rodriguez, an innovation cell chief with Combat Logistics Battalion 453, 4th Marine Logistics Group, discusses how his team continues to develop cost efficient innovations ranging from a motion sensor camera to three dimensional printed drone parts in San Jose, Calif., Feb. 9, 2019. While it is not yet possible to fabricate electrical components like motors, sensors or even batteries, Marines are able to 3D print drone parts such as the frame, landing gear, propellers and biometric fingerprint scanning parts.
