Cpl. Michael Politowicz with Wounded Warrior Battalion East, 31, from Detroit, Mich., is interviewed during the 2013 All-Marine Warrior Games team training camp on Fort Carson, Colo. Politowicz suffered a major forearm injury in Afghanistan, April 2011. The two-week training camp will prepare Marines for the 2013 Warrior Games. The Warrior Games is a Paralympic style competition to elevate wounded, ill and injured service member’s abilities through athletic competition. The fourth annual Warrior Games will be held at the Olympic Training Center and Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, May 10-16. Athletes will compete in swimming, track and field, volleyball, wheelchair basketball, cycling, shooting and archery. The All-Marine team will defend their three-time, first place title against the Army, Navy /Coast Guard, Air Force and SOCOM. Part 2 of 2.
