U.S. Marines assigned to Special Purpose Marine Air Ground Task Force - Crisis Response – Africa conduct water survival training at Naval Station Rota, Spain, Feb. 15-16, 2017. The Spanish Aeronaval Survival and Emergency Training allowed Marines to experience water survival training the Spanish infantry undergo to become certified, which included Shallow Water Egress Training and Helicopter Underwater Escape Training.
