Marines with Task Force Southwest conduct day and night Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel exercises in preparation for their upcoming deployment to Helmand Province, Afghanistan, at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 22-24, 2017. Task Force Southwest is comprised of approximately 300 Marines whose mission will be to train, advise and assist the Afghan National Army 215th Corps and the 505th Zone National Police.
