Firefighters from Marine Corps Air Station Miramar and local fire departments worked together to conduct a series of controlled burns on East Miramar, Calif., June 20. The controlled burns were conducted to mitigate the chance of wild fires starting on MCAS Miramar as well as provide real world training to local firefighters. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Sgt.
