Logistics Command Element- Explosive Ornance Disposal
13th Marine Expeditionary Unit
March 7, 2018 | 0:56
Explosive ordnance disposal Marines experience realistic, simulated improvised explosive devices at Twentynine Palms, California. The training provides different scenarios that the Marines may experience during deployment. Realistic Urban Training is a Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise that Provides the opportunity to integrate more advanced individual and unit skills to develop the 13th MEU's collective proficiency in challenging and unfamiliar environments. Exercises like RUT are necessary to provide robust, realistic training that is indispensable in preparing our Marines and Sailors to deploy in urban environments. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl. Victoria Decker)
