U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support (MWSS) 274 and Air Ground Support Students with Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) conduct an Aircraft Salvage exercise as part of Weapons and Tactics Instructor (WTI) Course 2-16 at K-9 Village, Yuma Proving Grounds, Yuma, Ariz., March 30, 2016. WTI is a seven week training event hosted by MAWTS-1 cadre. MAWTS-1 provides standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instruction qualifications to support Marine Aviation Training and Readiness and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
