Lieutenant (LT) Nicole Feist is a nurse with the Naval Health Clinic aboard Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. LT Brown commissioned in 2016 and worked in the inpatient Mother-Baby and Complicated Obstetric Ward at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth. With the COVID-19 vaccine rollout, LT Feist is in charge of the execution, coordinating vaccines for the entire base, including Tricare beneficiaries. MCICOM exercises command and control of Marine Corps installations via regional commanders in order to provide oversight, direction and coordination of installation services and to optimize support to the Operating Forces, tenants and activities.
