The iconic on-course experience at the 47th Marine Corps Marathon on Oct. 30, 2022, is the wear blue Mile located along Hains Point, Washington, D.C. at mile 12 of the MCM course. The wear blue Mile is a moving tribute and a sobering segment of the Marathon course intended to honor and humanize those who gave their lives for this country with 225 posters with photographs of the Faces of the Fallen.
