Marines with 8th Communcation Battalion, II Marine Expeditionary Force Headquarters Group, II MEF, conducted chemical biological radioactive nuclear (CBRN) operations while conducting their mission essential tasks at area GP-13 aboard Camp Lejeune, N.C., Nov 18. In addition to the simulated chemical attack, Marines with 8th Comm. Bn. conducted a field gas chamber testing them on the proper use of the M-50 protective field mask.
