Twelve groups of Marines and sailors competed in the 27th annual All-Terrain Unit Competition hosted by Marine Corps Community Services at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina, Oct. 25, 2024. Each team that took part in the competition was given a map and the option to complete its choice of five obstacles within a six-to-eight-mile radius, using the fastest route possible. The event was aimed at strengthening unit cohesion and provided active-duty Marines and Sailors an offering of mental and physical challenges to accomplish in a competitive environment.
