Members of the Barbados Defence Force and Royal Grenada Police Force enhance their security capabilities while training to conduct random vehicle check points during Phase II of Exercise Tradewinds 2017 in Chaguaramas, Trinidad and Tobago, June 14, 2017. Tradewinds, an annual exercise sponsored by U.S. Southern Command, is conducted to increase the interoperability of the 20 nations involved and their ability to counter transnational organized crime and terrorism, and conduct humanitarian assistance and disaster relief operations.
