Osterman, commanding general, I Marine Expeditionary Force, speaks at the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association-U.S. Naval Institute (AFCEA/USNI) WEST 2020 conference in San Diego, California, March 2, 2020. The panel's topic was "Are We Ready to Fight and Win in Fully Contested Zones?" This is the 30th year the WEST conference has brought military and industry leaders together, and speakers included chiefs of the Marine Corps, Navy and Coast Guard, as well as current key commanders.
