BRIDGEPORT, Calif. – Marines with 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, and 2nd Bn., 4th Marines, 1st Marine Division, practice basic mobility as part of their environmental training during Mountain Exercise 2-16 at Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center March 8, 2016. The environmental training is a two-part training course at the MCMWTC which focuses on survival skills and mobility in a cold weather environment. The training center also concentrates on the development of warfighting doctrine and specialized equipment for use in mountain and cold weather operations. (U.S. Marine Corps video by Cpl.
