Civilian Marines and active duty Marines get together to discuss the new ideas to help improve the overall effectiveness of the Corps and to help build a more lethal force for the future generations. There were 76 submissions, 19 ideas were accepted as finalist presented by 15 marines ranging from a Cpl up to a LtCol. All of the ideas will be funded by Navy and Marine Corps Organizations. There were 3 honorary mentions and one overall winner.
