Marines and Sailors with Marine Corps Air Station Miramar participated in a National Disaster Medical System drill aboard the air Station, Nov. 18. The drill is conduct to prepare the air to serve as a patient receiving area in the event of a national disaster. Personnel from the air station's medical clinic, Naval Medical Center San Diego and San Diego County Emergency Medical Services participated in the drill.
