"Our Corps needs our best Marines in all MOSs to stay Marine, and we are willing to invest in them. This year we will spend $136 million in reenlistment bonuses and incentives to recognize this fact.

All Marines provide value to the team, but we need the very best Marines in these critical fields, like infantry squad leaders and aviation maintainers, to continue to lead, train, and prepare us to dominate the next fight."
