The Analysis Branch (AB) is primarily responsible for executing studies within the Marine Corps Formal Studies System. These studies range across the lines of operation of the Marine Corps, and are nominated by HQMC, the Supporting Establishment, and the operating forces on a quarterly basis. AB's civilian and military analysts conduct studies in-house as well as overseeing contracted efforts.
